We'll Give Em Billy
Air: Wait for the Wagon

"We'll Give Em Billy" is to the tune of the early 1850's popular song called "Wait for the Wagon." The song highlights the important team that Bill and Hillary Clinton. The song's historical basis is rooted in the 1856 John C. Fremont campaign song "We'll Give Em Jessie," which emphasized the importance of his relationship with his wife Jessie. Fremont, the first Republican nominee for President, was unsuccessful in his run. The tune, however, proved popular for many years, most notably used for the song "Disunion Wagon" during the Civil War.

Lyrics

About a hundred years ago our women got the vote
Their voices were heard and not longer a footnote
And now we have a female representing us who wrote
“move from good words to good works” and that’s a quote

We’ll give em billy
We’ll give em billy
We’ll give em Billy
When we rally at the polls

We should explore her policy to bring some clarity
She stands for freedom, and autonomy just like Billy
Our reproductive rights are sure to be safe in her hands
And areas beyond women's rights are things she understands

We’ll give em billy
We’ll give em billy
We’ll give em Billy
When we rally at the polls

Just like Bill Clinton’s not afraid to challenge Hussein when
He snubbed investigations carried out by the UN
We can rely on Hillary to act in the same ways
Protecting all our liberties, and showing love for gays

We’ll give em billy
We’ll give em billy
We’ll give em Billy
When we rally at the polls

Unlike a guy like Donald Trump who bends on policy
Our candidate has got a cause as shown consistently
Not once has any person of her calibre secured
The democratic nomination now that is for sure

We’ll give em billy
We’ll give em billy
We’ll give em Billy
When we rally at the polls

Then rally rally every man who values liberty
And every woman too because we like equality
Free speech free press free men, and now we have no fears
For if she wins she will defend the values we hold dear

We’ll give em billy
We’ll give em billy
We’ll give em Billy
When we rally at the polls
